Why Use This Method? Hot water extraction removes more soil then any other method. Most major carpet manufacturers only recommend this method, because it ensures the safety of the carpet and is non-abrasive, nor does it leave any product or detergents behind.
- What Products/Chemicals Do You Use? We use top of the line cleaning products consistent with industry standards & manufacturers recommendations. Our products are environmentally friendly and OSHA and EPA compliant.
- Do You Use Chemicals? Under some conditions, the technicians use some spot cleaners, but they try to limit the use of any cleaners and we use 100% softened hot water.
- Why Call A Pro? Many machines and carpet cleaners do not have the power necessary to remove deeply imbedded soil, dust, spots, and pet odors, and they may lack proper water extraction. Furthermore, portable units that use water may not achieve the temperature needed to properly care for your carpets and upholstery.

- SCOTCH GUARD/CARPET PROTECTION: Applied when cleaning is completed-coats the fibers of carpet.
- WHY USE IT? By protecting your carpet it doesn’t prevent your carpet from getting dirty; it protects it from permanent stains and to prolong the life of your carpet.
- Unprotected carpet doesn't repel spillage as well as protected carpet. Scotch Guard makes it more able to remove spots and spills more effectively, in avoiding permanent staining. It also gives extra time to clean spill(s) before turning into a stain.
- In addition, it helps save traffic areas from becoming destroyed. Traffic area soil is very abrasive and cuts carpet yarns like a knife. This damaging soil easily bonds to an unprotected carpet.
- When you vacuum, those soils will release from your carpet pile much more effectively.
- Makes spots easier to remove
- The easier a spot is to remove the fewer products you have to use to get it out.
- It makes your next professional cleaning more effective. Having your carpet protected will enhance your next cleaning; more soil will be removed the next time your carpet is professionally cleaned.
- Helps avoid costly service calls. Although you want to call us out to handle any spot you cannot remove immediately, Scotch Gaurd helps you remove more spots then you could without. You may be able to save a minimum charge by removing the spot yourself.
- The result is that your carpet will look better and last longer.
- Carpet manufacturers apply protectors at the factory to help your carpets stay cleaner longer, but with foot traffic and vacuuming, it wears off over time.
- DEODORIZERS:
- Are commonly overused, and are only used on a case by case basis.

- Kills harmful germs and neutralizes odors.
- Helps eliminate odors from Urine, Feces, Vomit, Sour Milk, Pet Stains& Odor, and More. Deodorizers digest the organic matter that's causing the smell, leaving your carpet smelling fresh and clean again.
- Pet Stains becomes a feeding ground for bacteria which causes odor, staining, and discoloration, certain conditions can be handled with a deodorizer. It all depends on the severity of the stain, how old it is, & how it has been treated already. Normally, they clean extremely well.
