General Information:
Whether you are looking for one-time or repeat
service cleaning, On The Spot Cleaning, INC. can handle all you cleaning
needs. We are a full-service cleaning
company. We also clean commercial
spaces.
Frequency Options:
One-time, as-needed, weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks.
Hours: Monday – Friday from
Service Area: We provide service within 30 miles of DM
Area. May make exceptions if not within
travel area, but will include a minimal travel fee, typically $1/mile in
addition to cleaning invoice.
Service Schedule: Recurring services is scheduled by areas, other cleaning services are scheduled
according to your needs.
Holidays: No service is provided on New Years Day,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas
Day/Eve.
Rates:
Our Services are provided at an hourly rate.
A cleaning team is generally one to three members. After the initial cleaning, 2 to 3 cleanings are
generally needed to establish the recurring service cleaning rate.
We offer recurring/repeat cleaning services for
residential and initial cleaning, one-time clean, move-ins/move-outs, and
construction clean-up for residential/commercial.
Payment Policy: Payment is due at time of service. Currently
we do not except credit cards. Our
current form of payment is Cash or Check.
Fees: Payment is due at time of service. $15 charge for payment received more than 7
days after date of service. Any and all amounts past due will have a finance
charge of 1.5% per month added to the original cost until the bill is paid in
full. On The Spot shall be entitled to
all cost associated with collection including reasonable attorney fees. By hiring On The Spot, you agree to these
terms. NSF or Returned Checks incur an
additional $30.00 fee.
Rescheduling and Late Cancellation: We reserve
time for your cleaning; therefore we require a 24-hour cancellation
notice. There is no charge for
cancellations made with 24-hour notice on business days. Please note, Monday clients are required to
cancel by Friday afternoon.
Additional Charges: For recurring service, an additional fee may be charged to your account if we exceed the time generally allotted to cleaning your home. (For example, your home may need extra cleaning after such events as parties and construction work or as the result of extended intervals between cleanings.) All additional charges will be approved by customer. INITIAL/
Recurring Maid Service (a thorough cleaning of all rooms on a weekly, bi-weekly or 4-week basis)
If you request recurring service, your home will
receive initial cleaning treatment on the first visit and routine cleaning
thereafter.

Construction Cleaning
Home renovations generate dust and dirt in every corner. To get rid of the grit, we provide cleaning services that include all the tasks listed under initial/one-time and recurring cleaning services, as well as the removal of debris, such as nails, staples, and drywall pieces. We do all we can to make your home sparkle.

Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning
for any reason, contact us within 24hours of service and we will return the
next day at our expense to correct the problem.
Cleaners
We are committed to providing the healthiest
clean possible. We can provide green
cleaning products, just ask or contact us and we will make sure that is all
that is used in your home.
Quality Control
Our team members are professionally trained, and we do not
do “drop offs”.
Home Access and Security Procedures
Many customers provide us with a key. All keys are coded and secured when not in
use. Customers who use a security alarm
frequently assign a user security code for On The Spot. For apt or condo(s), we typically register at
the front desk and sign out a key. Team members do not permit anyone entry into your home while we are there. No exceptions.
Supplies
We provide our own supplies and equipment. We generally clean only items that are within
our own reach and do not climb ladders.
Please provide a step stool if you would like us to clean high
areas. Our vacuum cleaners do contain
HEPA filters.
To Prevent Mishaps
Team members avoid cleaning valuables such as
crystal, collectibles, and collections with obvious sentimental value. We may also avoid cleaning sensitive items
such as plasma TV screens, computers, and other electronic devices, and
associated wires and plugs. In addition,
we don’t open/enter closets, cabinets, and drawers, unless discussed before
hand.
If Something breaks
We treat your home or office with as much care
as if it is our own. In the event of a
mishap, our cleaning team will leave you a note and our manager will contact
you to discuss the incident. We pay the
cost of replacement or repair, and we carry insurance.
Laundry / Dishes / Window washing / Closets / Drawers
We do not provide laundry, window washing, or
dish washing service at this time. Nor do
we enter closets or open drawers/cabinets of properties that are in use.
Steam clean carpets?
We do offer steam cleaning service; this is a
service that is scheduled separately.

We For personal safety reasons, team members are required to wear shoes at all times when cleanning.
